Responsibilities
- Think out of the box and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain web-based applications using .NET framework and Oracle database.
- Create and write complex queries, database packages, and stored procedures.
- Gather and document business/functional/technical requirements.
- Create detailed process and technical flows, and design graphical user interfaces.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scripts for quality assurance.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visual Studio 2017/2019, ASP.NET, RDLC reports, SQL, PL/SQL, Azure DevOps, Git, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of strong development and business analysis experience.
- Excellent programming skills and strong writing and communication abilities.
- Experience working with government agencies, particularly those related to child support is a plus.
