.NET Architect with Oracle DB and AI/ML

About the role

Design, configure, and develop OMH Systems and Applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical architecture for multiple application modifications and other OMH projects.
• Participate in business analysis and systems development lifecycle.
• Write code using Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 or higher with MVC Architecture, .Net, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML, Web APIs, and WCF.
• Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, including indexes, constraints, triggers, views, stored procedures, and packages; convert and migrate data as necessary.
• Perform data manipulation, including manipulation of Protected Health Information (PHI) data.
• Mentor and assist other programmers (both state and consultant) by providing guidance on debugging, troubleshooting, securing, and deploying applications, data access, data communications, and system architecture configurations.
• Use a source code repository (TFS/GitLab) for checking source code in and out, branching off new versions of the source code.
• Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM; escalate critical calls and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis.
• Code applications that access Protected Health Information.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, making high-level design choices and dictating technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
• 84 months of experience as a lead technical architect on projects involving systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security procedures.
• 60 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop n-tier web browser-based applications in ASP.Net/MVC and/or C# for n-tier web deployment.
• 60 months of experience working with servers, systems, and infrastructure; integrating equipment/IoT devices with applications; cloud technologies; and troubleshooting Web Application Firewall and network layer issues.
• 36 months of experience using Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and Python to develop chatbot and other application components for web deployment.
• 84 months of experience using PL/SQL to develop Oracle packages, triggers, stored procedures, functions, scripts, and cursors.
• 84 months of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration, including development of secure .Net web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), REST Services (Web API), message processing, and Enterprise Service Bus.
• 24 months of experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• 24 months of experience coding and maintaining applications containing healthcare data under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) and HL7 Transformation.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification.
• This role is 100% onsite.
