.NET Architect with AI/ML, Healthcare & AWS Certfified

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned .NET Architect with expertise in AI/ML, healthcare data systems, and AWS to lead technical architecture efforts for the State of New York. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable web-based applications and integrations in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead technical architect on systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security procedures.
• Develop n-tier web browser-based applications using Microsoft Visual Studio, ASP.Net/MVC, and/or C# for web deployment.
• Integrate servers, systems, infrastructure, and IoT devices with applications; troubleshoot Web Application Firewall and network layer issues.
• Design and implement AI/ML components (e.g., chatbots) using Python for web deployment.
• Develop Oracle database components including PL/SQL packages, triggers, stored procedures, functions, scripts, and cursors.
• Architect and implement Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) integrations, including secure .NET web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), REST Services (Web API), message processing, and Enterprise Service Bus.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Code and maintain applications handling HIPAA-protected healthcare data, including HL7 transformation.

Requirements

• 14 years of professional experience, including:
  • 84 months as lead technical architect on technical projects.
  • 60 months developing n-tier web applications using ASP.Net/MVC and/or C# in Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • 60 months working with servers, systems, infrastructure, IoT integrations, cloud technologies, and troubleshooting Web Application Firewall/network layer issues.
  • 36 months developing AI/ML applications (e.g., chatbots) using Python.
  • 84 months developing Oracle PL/SQL components (packages, triggers, stored procedures, functions, scripts, cursors).
  • 84 months working with SOA integrations, including WCF, REST Services (Web API), message processing, and Enterprise Service Bus.
  • 24 months using automation/IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • 24 months coding applications handling HIPAA-protected healthcare data and HL7 transformation.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (required).
