Job Title: Neonatology Physician Role & Responsibilities Provide specialized care in a Level Three neonatal intensive care unit and nurseryManage neonatal intensive cases, high-risk deliveries, cesarean sections, ventilation, resuscitation, chest tubes, central and arterial lines, pulmonary artery catheters, umbilical lines, and peripheral IV placementsPerform procedures and respond to complex neonatal health needs Qualifications & Skills Board Certification in NeonatologyNeonatal Resuscitation Program advanced provider or instructor status; Neonatal Advanced Life Support preferredActive Michigan medical licenseProficiency with Epic electronic medical record system Key Duties Provide day and night coverage in 7 to 14-day blocksParticipate in high-risk neonatal care, including deliveries and critical proceduresContribute to patient safety and quality care in a high-acuity NICU setting
