Responsibilities
- Provide specialized medical care for neonatal patients
- Support the expansion and growth of the NICU
- Participate in shared call duties
- Contribute to ongoing NICU remodeling efforts
- Adapt to increased patient volume and hospital growth
Requirements
- Medical degree with neonatology fellowship training
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
