Neonatologist- Lansing, MI

About the role

This is a full-time clinical position that combines high-acuity community neonatology with the benefits of access to University of Michigan academic resources and statewide collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in a 35-bed Level III NICU and a 12-bed Special Care Nursery
• NICU manages 700–800 admissions annually, with high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Team includes neonatologists, APPs, and residents
• Participate in academic case conferences and QI initiatives with Michigan Medicine

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and education
• Comfortable in a high-acuity, community-based NICU with academic affiliation
