About the role

Provide coverage at 2 Level III NICUs:

• Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City, a 43-bed NICU with an ADC of 29
• Norman Regional Hospital, a 26-bed NICU with an ADC of 14

Robust sub-specialty and MFM support. Services include HFOV and jet ventilators.

Work-Life Balance

• Focused 24-hour shifts taken out-of-house – call is taken from home for maximum flexibility
• 24/7 NNP support
• Work approximately 10 shifts per month

Collegial, Private Practice Environment

• Join a tenured staff of neonatologists in our 6-physician practice

Compensation & Incentives

• Starting salary range starting at $265,000 with annual salary increases
• First-year guaranteed bonus paid out in monthly installments
