Provide high-quality neonatal care in a collaborative, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend high-risk deliveries
• Manage a 19-bed Level II EQ NICU with an average census of 11–13 infants
• Utilize advanced clinical technologies such as ECMO and HFJV
• Practice within a physician-led network supporting coordinated neonatal services
• Contribute to clinical research efforts

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
• Ability to obtain Arizona licensure
• Commitment to quality patient care and teamwork
