Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (Per Diem)
Join a progressive pediatric group of Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners on a per diem basis at Methodist Children’s Hospital in San Antonio, TX. The group provides a full range of newborn and neonatal care across three inner-city hospital systems with multiple Level-II and Level-III+ NICUs, supported by a wide range of mother and infant subspecialists and two children’s hospitals.
About the role
This per diem opportunity offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in neonatal care. Shifts are 24 hours in-house.
Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate comprehensive neonatal care, including programs for HFOV, nitric oxide, and ECMO.
Requirements
- Current APRN national specialty certification.
- Minimum of a master’s degree and 1 year of post-grad clinical experience.
- TX license or active IMLC preferred.
- Recent clinical experience required.
