Neonatal Nurse Practitioner III
About the role
This position provides medical care for patients in the NICU in collaboration with or under the supervision of a neonatologist. The role includes teaching medical students, residents, and nursing staff about neonatal resuscitation, performing skilled procedures, and managing initial ventilator and other support for critically ill infants.

Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
- A current RN license from the State of Missouri is required.
- A current ARNP license from the State of Missouri is required.
- Two years experience in Neonatology is required.
- National certification as NNP (national exam) is required.
- Demonstrated job-related experience with and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

- Opportunity to work 12 and/or 24 hour shifts
- No call or transport duties
- Flexibility to work in a busy level III unit
- Ability to perform procedures
- Collegial relationship with neonatologists and NICU staff

The anticipated hiring range is $108,971.20 - $161,720.00 annually.
