NEONATAL NURSE PRACTITIONER EXE - NICU & SCN PHYSICIANS

Position Summary

We are seeking a specialized neonatal nurse practitioner to join our medical team in the treatment of at-risk newborns. The primary responsibilities include the assessment, supervision, and treatment of at-risk newborn infants, as well as the monitoring of NICU equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or graduate of post master’s certificate program for nurse practitioner

• Minimum Experience: 1 year of clinical experience and expertise in neonatal intensive care

• Required Registration/License/Certification: National certification as a Nurse Practitioner and licensed in the state of Alabama Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)

• PREFERRED EDUCATION: N/A

• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of RN experience in NICU

• PREFERRED REGISTRATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: N/A
