Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
About the role
Provide advanced, evidence-based neonatal care in Level II and Level III NICUs.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development.
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making.
Contribute to program development, education, and policy implementation.
Support the training and mentorship of new and existing staff.
Engage in ongoing professional development for yourself and your colleagues.

Responsibilities
Flexible in-house shifts (12- and 24-hour options) with physician on-call support.
Strong local APP leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications
Board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
Two years of NICU experience required.
Experience with the VINES program, which supports families through virtual follow-up care after NICU discharge.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care to neonatal patients and their families.
