Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Enjoy relocation assistance, competitive sign‑on bonus, and practice bonus eligibility!
• Pediatric care, especially in the Level II/III NICU.
• Participate in high-risk deliveries alongside physicians.
• Manage admissions, rounds, and ongoing care for ill or premature newborns.
• Perform neonatal procedures: resuscitation, line placements, ventilator support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, therapists, and lactation consultants.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing with NNP specialization, or eligible.
• Active or ability to obtain Colorado APRN license.
• Comfortable with 24-hour in-house or hybrid shift schedules.
• Experience in Level II/III NICU preferred.

• Salary: $130K-$182K per year based on years of experience for a 1.0 FTE position of 2,080 annual hours.
