Responsibilities

- Pediatric care, especially in the Level II/III NICU.
- Participate in high-risk deliveries alongside physicians.
- Manage admissions, rounds, and ongoing care for ill or premature newborns.
- Perform neonatal procedures: resuscitation, line placements, ventilator support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, therapists, and lactation consultants.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing with NNP specialization, or eligible.
- Active or ability to obtain Colorado APRN license.
- Comfortable with 24-hour in-house or hybrid shift schedules.
- Experience in Level II/III NICU preferred.

- Salary: $130K-$182K per year based on years of experience for a 1.0 FTE position of 2,080 annual hours.
