Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our collaborative team at Johnston-Willis Hospital—a modern, 292-bed facility serving the Richmond community for more than a century. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a state-of-the-art Level III NICU featuring all-private rooms, advanced neonatal technologies, and strong subspecialty support.

About the Role
Position Highlights
- 22-bed Level III NICU with private, family-centric rooms
- NICU & Newborn ADC: ~20
- Deliveries: Approximately 1,700 annually
- Advanced neonatal therapies including: HFOV & HFJV, Inhaled nitric oxide, Therapeutic hypothermia
Qualifications
Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a master’s degree
