Role: Provide specialized medical care for neonatal patients in a dedicated 40-bed unit. Responsibilities Conduct medical consultations, routine assessments, and follow-up care for neonates.Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.Perform routine medical procedures relevant to neonatal care.Educate patients' families, fostering a family-centered care environment.
