Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
About the role
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension All Saints Hospital to provide care for 22 weeks plus infants. Collaborative team based approach between Neonatologists Always a neonatologist available within 30 minutes. Collaborate with nursing staff to develop, coordinate, and navigate patient care plans. Assist in or provide direct support during patient deliveries. Conduct specialized consultations and provide guidance to mothers. Provide specialized, comprehensive care for premature infants.
Facility
Well established Level III NICU facility Approximately 1300 births a year. Average daily census of 5-8 infants. (Gets about 10% of hospital births) The NICU has seasoned nurses with 40 years of experience.

Minimum Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
- Education Master's degree of Nursing required.
