NEON College Ambassador Fall 2026

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and promote advanced, free screenings of upcoming NEON films for students at on-campus venues or local movie theaters.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns/stunts specific to your campus.
• Engage diverse communities on your campus through social media.
• Establish relationships with student organizations, relevant departments, and theatrical programmers on campus that can assist in promoting and filling screenings.
• Work with on-campus media outlets to secure coverage of NEON events.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities for NEON including on-campus tabling and swag giveaways.
• Participate in individual and group brainstorm projects/presentations for upcoming NEON films.
• Occasionally assist with checking in guests at local NEON PR/marketing screenings.

4. Discuss a recent film from the last 12 months not released by NEON that you believe effectively targeted the 18-25 year old demo through its marketing strategy. Explain why you think it was successful in reaching this audience and mention specific elements of the marketing campaign.

Requirements

• Must be a current undergraduate student (rising sophomore, junior, or senior) on campus for the entirety of the school year 2026-27. Freshmen will not be considered but are welcome to apply next year!
• Social media / communications savvy
• Must love film and demonstrate a familiarity with NEON's brand and output
• Available 5 hours per week / 20 hours per month

Compensation

This position pays $18.00/hr
