What to Expect as a Neighborhood Outreach Specialist - OPS Rep
In this position, you’ll spend your day canvassing local neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners, and introducing them to Janney Roofing’s services. You’ll answer questions, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives, all while representing the professionalism and care our company is known for.

Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage
- Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
- Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch

Pay
$46,800 per year, plus commission
Schedule
This full-time position follows a seasonal schedule:
- Winter: Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm, Saturday 10 am–3 pm
- Summer: Monday–Friday 11 am–7 pm, Saturday 9 am–2 pm
