Neighborhood Outreach Specialist - OPS Rep

About the role

The role involves engaging with local communities to promote neighborhood improvement projects and liaising with residents to gather feedback.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local community groups and residents to discuss and implement neighborhood improvement projects.
• Collect and analyze feedback from community members to inform project planning and execution.
• Liaise with city officials and other stakeholders to secure funding and resources for projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, sociology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in community outreach or similar field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of local government processes and procedures.
