Neighborhood Construction Manager

About the role

A Neighborhood Construction Manager (NCM) manages the entire construction process from start to finish. As the on-site leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations at your assigned neighborhood, including quality control, scheduling trade partners and installations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work site.

Key responsibilities include ensuring trade partners and inspection partners complete scheduled tasks on time, communicating with homebuyers and homeowners, ordering building materials, reviewing home selections, and collaborating with sales, purchasing, and construction teams throughout the building process.

• Microsoft Office Suite
• SharePoint

Requirements

The ideal NCM candidate is a self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented, with a focus on timely completion of homes under construction. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with homebuyers, trade partners, local government entities, and internal teams are essential.

• Residential construction experience
• Proficient in reading blueprints and site plans
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Active listening, confidence, and respect in communication
• Customer service experience
• Ability to learn various job-related technologies
