Neighborhood Construction Manager

About the role

A Neighborhood Construction Manager (NCM) manages the entire construction process from start to finish as the on-site leader. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations at assigned neighborhoods, ensuring quality control, scheduling trade partners and installations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work site. The role involves coordinating with trade and inspection partners to ensure timely task completion, communicating with homebuyers and homeowners, and ensuring homes are built to quality standards and delivered on time.

Daily tasks may also include ordering building materials, reviewing and confirming home selections, and collaborating with sales, purchasing, and construction teams throughout the building process.

Requirements

• Residential construction experience
• Proficient in reading blueprints and site plans
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Strong active listening, confidence, and respect in communication
• Customer service experience
• Ability to learn various job-related technologies
