About the role
A Neighborhood Construction Manager (NCM) manages the entire construction process from start to finish. As the on-site leader, you will oversee all day-to-day operations at your assigned neighborhood, including quality control, scheduling trade partners and installations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work site.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring trade partners and inspection partners complete scheduled tasks on time, communicating with homebuyers and homeowners, ordering building materials, reviewing and confirming home selections, and collaborating with sales, purchasing, and construction teams throughout the building process.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction operations at assigned neighborhood
- Oversee quality control and scheduling of trade partners and installations
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks by trade and inspection partners
- Maintain clear communication with homebuyers and homeowners
- Order building materials and review/confirm home selections
- Build relationships with sales, purchasing, and construction teams
- Keep the construction site clean, safe, and efficient
Requirements
Must Haves:
- Residential construction experience
- Proficient in reading blueprints and site plans
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Strong active listening, confidence, and respect in communication
- Customer service experience
- Ability to learn various job-related technologies
