Negotiated Agreements
Jordan School District is seeking licensed educators to join our team. Employment terms and benefits are governed by the negotiated agreements between the Jordan Education Association (JEA) for certificated employees and the Jordan Education Support Professional Association (JESPA) for classified employees.
About the Role
Positions are available for licensed educators across various grade levels and subjects within Jordan School District. Educators will work under the terms outlined in the current JEA Negotiated Agreement.

Pay
Salaries are determined by the JEA Negotiated Agreement, based on years of experience and educational attainment. Refer to the 2024-25 JEA Negotiated Agreement for detailed salary schedules.
Schedule
Full-time positions follow the Jordan School District academic calendar, typically running from mid-August to late May. Educators are expected to work standard school hours with additional time for planning, meetings, and professional development.
Requirements
- Valid Utah teaching license or eligibility for licensure
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or relevant subject area
- Demonstrated commitment to student success and professional growth
- Ability to meet the standards and expectations outlined in the JEA Negotiated Agreement
