About the role

LES AGENCES PRIMO, a local network of 8 real estate agencies, is seeking a Négociateur/trice en transaction immobilière to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing their sector through field prospecting and strengthening their network of business providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop your sector through field prospecting
• Expand your network of business providers
• Search for and estimate real estate properties for sale and promote them to potential buyers
• Develop and qualify your portfolio of buyer and seller clients
• Propose properties and conduct visits (houses, apartments, land)
• Manage transactions from negotiation to the signing of the authentic act

Requirements

• Possible training in real estate or at least commercial
• Structured, convincing, enthusiastic, and smiling
• Enjoy contact and show tenacity
• Good analytical capacity
• Rigorous and respectful of procedures

Rémunération

According to your experience and geographical sector, we offer different remuneration formulas, including fixed salaries, commissions, an allowance for computer and phone, as well as mutual and provident coverage. We also offer opportunities as an independent commercial agent with provision of premises, computer tools, and marketing support.
