It provides comprehensive behavioral health services including psychiatry and addiction recovery, aiming to support clients at various stages of recovery through supportive environments that facilitate reclaiming health and well-being. About the Opportunity:The NEEDS ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR plays a critical role in managing initial client interactions by conducting screenings and assessments. This position ensures timely and accurate documentation and reporting related to client needs and referrals, supporting the organization’s ability to coordinate admissions, referrals, and transportation efficiently. The role contributes directly to client intake processes, impacting the quality and responsiveness of care.
