Needed Kitchen Cleaner for Graveyard

About the role

Under the general direction of the site leader or supervisor, perform a variety of work in commercial resort kitchen areas while maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly condition with a focus on offering great customer service. This property is a Five Star Resort where employees are charged with keeping the customer experience excellent.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sweeps, and mops floors to maintain a safe environment.
• Performs pot, dish, glass, and silverware washing.
• Cleans and maintains a variety of kitchen equipment including kettles, ovens, grills, and fryers.
• Gathers and empties trash.
• Performs dish/buffet runner duties.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Fast, efficient, and self-motivated.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Prefers to be on your feet moving around.
• Honest and respectful of people's privacy and property.
