About the role

The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is hiring full-time and part-time Janitorial / Housekeeper / EVS Attendants for commercial cleaning at the M Resort. This is a frontline position responsible for maintaining assigned areas to high standards, disinfecting surfaces, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and delivering friendly, engaging service to guests and clients. A comprehensive industry training program is provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect assigned areas to meet or exceed client standards
• Replenish supplies as needed
• Report maintenance repairs or potential safety issues to supervisor
• Provide friendly, engaging service to guests and clients
• Work efficiently with tools and supplies ready at shift start
• Maintain pride in uniform and professional appearance

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform general janitorial tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for an entire shift
• Customer service skills
• Previous commercial cleaning or hospitality experience (preferred)
• Fast, efficient, self-motivated, and eager to do a good job
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Honest and respectful of people's privacy and property

Pay

Starts at $12.50 per hour (posting notes $12.00/hour depending on experience).

Schedule

• Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Full-time and part-time positions available
