Need Training and Support Lead - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training programs and materials to ensure that WMATA staff can effectively use the AEM platform.
• Manage post-implementation support, ensuring that users can get assistance when needed.
• Provide ongoing updates and improvements to training materials as the platform evolves.
• Monitor user feedback and improve the training and support process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training and support for enterprise-level software implementations.
• Strong communication and instructional design skills.
• Experience with AEM or similar platforms is a plus.
