Need ServiceNow Business Analyst/Developer - Remote

About the role

A ServiceNow Business Analyst/Developer is needed to support the development and optimization of IAM workflows within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and implementation for IT or security-related systems.
• Configure and develop workflows in ServiceNow for IAM-related processes such as access requests, approvals, and lifecycle management.
• Design and configure workflows within ServiceNow and integrate IAM systems like Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, or other identity platforms.
• Translate business requirements into detailed process flows and functional specifications for IAM workflows.
• Collaborate with IAM technical resources and ensure smooth integration of workflows across security and ITSM teams.

Requirements

• Expertise in ServiceNow Configuration & Development.
• At least one of the following certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Experience in Requirement Translation and Collaboration Skills.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow workflow design and configuration, with a focus on IAM workflows.
