Need Clinical Documentation Principal Trainer (Epic) - 100% Remote || 6-12 Months

Clinical Documentation Principal Trainer (Epic) Location: 100% Remote Develop and deliver EHR training for clinical documentation workflows, including provider documentation, templates, and SmartTools. Create and maintain training materials such as manuals, eLearning modules, quick reference guides, and simulations. Conduct instructor-led, virtual, and at-the-elbow training sessions for providers and clinical staff. Ensure training content compliance with system updates, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on Epic clinical documentation workflows. Collaborate with IT, informatics, and application analysts to translate system build and changes into effective end-user training. Support go-live readiness, command center operations, and ongoing EHR optimization initiatives. Identify and implement documentation improvement opportunities using feedback, workflow analysis, and performance metrics. Update and optimize training strategies and materials based on system enhancements and user needs. Promote best practices for accurate, efficient, and compliant clinical documentation. Participate in governance structures and workgroups related to clinical documentation. Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics. Provide ongoing support and coaching to end users post-training. Maintain training environments and documentation to ensure readiness and accuracy. Certifications & Experience Required: Epic Principal Trainer certification in Clinical Documentation (5+ years), CDI practices (3+ years), and experience with large-scale EHR implementations and regulatory/compliance standards highly desired.
