Duke Automotive is seeking a dynamic ISM-BDC Manager to join our growing dealership. Our BDC achieved a growth rate of over 150% in 2011, and our leadership fully supports digital and BDC initiatives. Responsibilities

• Develop and refine email content and processes to drive customer engagement.
• Set appointments and ensure customers visit the dealership.
• Write compelling vehicle descriptions and create engaging videos and pictures to attract customers.
• Data mine the DMS and manage manifest lists efficiently.
• Excel in follow-up processes to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
• Leverage strong people and phone skills to build relationships.
• Ensure the BDC is actively involved in both sales and service departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a BDC or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Ability to write engaging content and create effective marketing materials (e.g., vehicle descriptions, videos).
• Strong data mining and DMS management skills.
• Exceptional follow-up and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication, people, and phone skills.
• A sense of humor and a passion for delivering results in a fun, collaborative environment.
