NDT VT Level II Tech

About the role

Acuren is seeking an NDT VT Level II Technician. The position requires VT Level II certification and preferred or plus experience in PT UT and PMI.

Responsibilities

• Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using various techniques including Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Magnetic Particle Inspection (PMI).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Document test results accurately and maintain records.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and engineers to ensure project quality and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• VT Level II certification required.
• Preferred / Plus: Experience in PT UT and PMI.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Skills

• Knowledge of NDT testing methods and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
