Position Overview

The NDT Inspector performs ultrasonic inspections to detect internal defects in components and materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting engineering and production teams in maintaining quality and safety.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Active internal VT/PT/MT certification or commercial/industry-recognized Level II UT certification (ASNT, NAVSEA or equivalent)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in NDT and/or completion of a recognized NDT certification program
  • Knowledge of ultrasonic testing principles, equipment, and standards is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex technical documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively report findings

Pay

The starting rate for this position in Ohio (US-OH) is $$41.14 per hour. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, retirement and/or other benefits.
