NDT Trainee
Location: Everett, WA | Reports to: Production Manager | Employment type: Full-Time
Job Summary
The position is a trainee role in a non‑destructive testing (NDT) program. The trainee will be documented as such and actively participate in a training program for a specific NDT method for a limited, defined period. Experience will be obtained under the direct observation of a Level 2 or Level 3 technician in the same method, or under a Level 1 or instructor when approved by the responsible Level 3. The trainee will not make accept or reject decisions, will not independently conduct tests, and will not independently perform any other NDT functions. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Pay
Compensation range: $20.77 to $23.70 per hour (depending on experience) plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
