About the role
Team Inc. is seeking a Full-Time NDT Trainee/Apprentice in Berlin, CT. The position requires working the 2nd shift from 11:30am to 8pm. Candidates should ideally live locally but are open to relocation if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures as per company standards and industry best practices.
- Work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure quality control and compliance with safety protocols.
- Document test results accurately and maintain records of testing activities.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in NDT techniques.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new NDT methods and technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Passion for precision and quality in industrial inspections.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
Skills
- Proficiency in using NDT equipment and tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
