NDT Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage test integration programs for aerospace and defense systems
• Oversight of configuration management processes to ensure product integrity
• Perform electrical assembly tasks as required
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting in the field
• Lead software development teams from concept through implementation
• Evaluate and implement system safety standards and practices
• Estimate project costs and manage budgets
• Schedule and coordinate resources for project execution
• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and tools
• Experience with system safety analysis and certification
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
