NDT Penetrant Tech - Lvl 2 - 1st Shift

Essential Job Functions

• Follow established housekeeping and safety practices to maintain the quality of the work.
• Demonstrate ability to log on main computer system, extract information, log time, enter inventory amount and forward to next operation.
• Possess the ability to handle tote boxes and castings weighing up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Pass a current visual acuity test (eye exam) and annually thereafter.
• Pass the Level I Penetrant Test with a score of 80% or better on all portions.
• Pass the Gage R & R Test with a score of 90% or better and have no more than 10% deviation.
• Complete or be in the process of completing required "procedure" training (OPC's, QCP's, QSM's, HSP's, ASP's, etc.).
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, read, follows and interprets instructions on technique cards, code sheets as well as other verbal or written instructions.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Physical ability to perform the essential job functions.
