NDT Operator - Borescope (1st Shift)
About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented NDT Technician – Borescope Operator to join our team on first shift. In this role, you will perform high-quality non-destructive testing inspections using borescope equipment to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform borescope inspections on components and assemblies
- Interpret and evaluate inspection results against specifications and standards
- Document findings accurately and maintain inspection records
- Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with NDT procedures, safety standards, and quality systems
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment as needed
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous NDT or borescope inspection experience preferred
- Familiarity with aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial inspection environments is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Preferred Certifications (if Applicable)
- NAS-410 or equivalent NDT certification
- Experience with visual inspection (VT) methods
