NDT Operator (3rd Shift)

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for performing non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections using various techniques including radiography, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and penetrant testing. You will work in a team environment, ensuring that all inspections meet the required standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiography, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and penetrant testing on various materials and components.
• Ensure all inspections are conducted according to ASNT SNT-TC-1A and other relevant industry standards.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of inspections.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASNT SNT-TC-1A certification preferred.
• Experience in non-destructive testing or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• ASNT SNT-TC-1A certification.
• Experience in radiography, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and penetrant testing.
• Knowledge of ASNT SNT-TC-1A and other relevant industry standards.

• Proficiency in using radiography, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and penetrant testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Physical stamina to perform lifting and other physical tasks as required.

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

3rd Shift (11:00 PM-6:00 AM), Sunday-Thursday.
