NDT Level II inspector

Job Summary

Perform non‑destructive testing using Fluorescent Penetrant (FPI) and Magnetic Particle (MPI) methods to ensure forgings meet manufacturing, industry, and customer specifications. Reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform FPI and MPI inspections on forgings
• Verify equipment and document inspection results
• Measure parts and interpret drawings/specifications
• Identify and report unacceptable discontinuities
• Issue NDT certifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• Current NDT Level II certification (FPI & MPI)
• 1–2 years NDT Level II experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred (forging/aerospace a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints and complete electronic documentation
• Must be a U.S. person
• English required; Spanish a plus

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lb
• PPE required

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 2 am – 10 pm
