NDT Inspector

About the role

We regularly hire for this role throughout the year and review applications as openings become available.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections using Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Electromagnetic (EMI) methods.
• Verify equipment calibration and inspection criteria compliance.
• Conduct changeovers and standardization of automated equipment for different pipe dimensions.
• Identify and remove defects using manual grinding tools.
• Complete visual inspections of internal and external pipe surfaces.
• Report deviations and provide feedback on recurring defects.
• Execute 5S/Lean practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Prior experience in OCTG NDT or Quality roles (preferred).
• Familiarity with calculations (Snell's law, electromagnetism formulas) (preferred).
• NDT Level 1 or 2 certifications in UT, EMI, and MPI (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.
