NDS _Madison Maintenance Tech/Programmer

Basic Job Functions

• Perform daily walk through of assigned areas.
• Report findings on inspection report, or repair on the spot if applicable.
• Repair emergency problems with minimal downtime.
• Record every intervention for daily and future analysis which includes maintenance time consumed and materials issued from the storeroom using our current CMMS system.
• Perform activities during PM days.
• Work directly with production personnel to isolate and repair equipment problems.
• Program production parts using software for machinery such as press brakes, punches, lasers and panel benders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Industrial Maintenance experience preferred.
• Dependable/Flexible to rotating shifts.
• High school Diploma or GED.
• Technical School or formal training school.
• Industrial or Mechanical experience preferred.
• Must know basic math.
• Must be able to read and write basic English.
