About the role
OWT Global LLC is seeking two (2) NCR Trainers to deliver specialized Counter-sUAS training in the National Capital Region in support of JIATF-401 and the Joint C-UAS University (JCU). These trainers will project JCU-standardized instruction, support Domestic Shield and installation-level C-sUAS readiness, and coordinate with local stakeholders while maintaining consistency with the broader MTT enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Deliver C-sUAS training courses and events within the National Capital Region using JCU-validated content.
- Coordinate logistics, facilities, and scheduling for NCR-based Counter-sUAS training.
- Liaise with local units, agencies, and stakeholders on C-sUAS training requirements.
- Maintain training records and report status to the Training Operations Coordinator and MTT Synchronization Cell.
- Support curriculum delivery, student evaluation, and proficiency validation aligned with Joint C-UAS University standards.
- Ensure NCR training remains consistent with enterprise C-sUAS doctrine while adapting to local requirements.
- Assist with surge or special-event training in support of Domestic Shield and JIATF-401 priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of instructional or training coordination experience, preferably in Counter-UAS, base defense, or related fields.
- Active Secret clearance; U.S. Citizen.
- Experience working in or with organizations in the National Capital Region preferred.
Skills
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with NCR training facilities, protocols, and interagency partners.
- Experience delivering both technical and operational training.
