About the Role

We are seeking an experienced nCino Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the commercial loan origination process, particularly within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of nCino modules, solid Salesforce development skills, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions within the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System.
• Configure and customize nCino modules, including Collateral Management and Covenant Management.
• Implement and optimize Loan Processing Stages and Screen Configuration.
• Design and develop Apex Triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop and integrate APIs for system connectivity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Manage development tasks independently while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience with the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System.
• Strong working knowledge of key nCino modules, including Loan Processing Stages and Screen Configuration.
• Proficiency in Apex Triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with API development and system integrations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Mandatory: nCino expertise, specifically in the Banking domain.
