About the role

We are seeking an experienced nCino Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the commercial loan origination process. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of nCino modules, solid Salesforce development skills, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain nCino modules

• Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered
• Work with Salesforce to develop and integrate systems

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience with the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System
• Strong working knowledge of key modules including Loan Processing Stages, Collateral Management, Covenant Management, Change Memo, Deal Structure, Product Configuration, Screen Configuration
• Proficiency in Apex Triggers, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API development
• Experience with system integrations

• Self-driven with the ability to collaborate with customers and gather requirements
• Ability to independently manage development tasks
