Responsibilities
- Conducts group training courses related to manufacturing safety, clean room protocols, etc. for employees.
- Maintains tracking and storage of required training session documentation and equipment.
- Evaluates the effectiveness and suggests enhancements to current training programs.
- Reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed.
- Completes or supports the development of new course materials.
Requirements
- Understanding of adult learning theory is a benefit
- Understanding of instructional methodology
- Advanced presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and directed
- Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Qualifications
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident required
Minimum Requirements & Expectations
- Education/Experience: High school or GED equivalent education, 2 years of administrative assistance experience
- Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, working knowledge of office personal computer applications
