Responsibilities

  • Conducts group training courses related to manufacturing safety, clean room protocols, etc. for employees.
  • Maintains tracking and storage of required training session documentation and equipment.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness and suggests enhancements to current training programs.
  • Reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed.
  • Completes or supports the development of new course materials.

Requirements

  • Understanding of adult learning theory is a benefit
  • Understanding of instructional methodology
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and directed
  • Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

Qualifications

  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident required

Minimum Requirements & Expectations

  • Education/Experience: High school or GED equivalent education, 2 years of administrative assistance experience
  • Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, working knowledge of office personal computer applications
