NCC Adjunct Faculty: Data Analytics
About the role
Nashua Community College is seeking adjunct instructors for the Fall 2026 semester in their Data Analytics Program. Courses may be offered online, hybrid, or face-to-face on campus.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in Data Analytics, AI and Data Literacy, Data Mining, Communicating with Data, Data Wrangling and SQL, Business Analytics, Programming for Analytics and AI (R/python), Applied Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing, Databases - an overview, AI tools and Business automation.
- Work with students to develop skills in data analysis and use of data analytics tools.
- Participate in curriculum development and improvement.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Data Analytics/Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or closely related field.
- Three years of relevant experience.
- Experience with data analysis process and familiarity with data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, NoSQL, Datawrapper, Python, SAS, SPSS, Artificial Intelligence Tools, and R.
Qualifications
- Strong academic background in Data Analytics/Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or closely related field.
- Ability to work effectively with students and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using data analytics software and tools.
Skills
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Effective communication and teaching skills.
- Use of data analytics software and tools.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $850-$1,000 per contact hour. The rate will be determined by the appointed adjunct faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
