NC3 Senior Software Engineer

About the role

As a software engineer for the NC3 business segment, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing the next generation of NC3 strategic deterrence systems.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
• U.S. citizenship is required

What Sets You Apart

• Familiarity with Linux
• Familiarity with DevOps-based development and deployment of systems from CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with virtualization and/or containerization (Hypervisors, Kubernetes/workload orchestration, etc.)
• Networking skills - either able to describe networking concepts and/or have experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, etc.
• Experience with Agile or other methodologies
• Strong understanding of software development process, as well as software engineering concepts, principles, and theories
• Creative thinker capable of applying new information quickly to solve challenging problems
• Comfortable providing technical leadership

Pay

Target salary range: USD $100,219.00/Yr. - USD $111,180.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.

Schedule

This position is on-site with occasional ability to work remotely when needed. While on-site, you will be a part of our Dedham, MA location.
