NC Route Operator - 2nd Shift

About the role

Performs all NC Drill functions required in a PCB Manufacturing environment.

Nature of Duties

• Operate Excellon & Hitachi Drill machines, PCB X-Ray equipment, Laser drill and (XRT) X-Ray tooling equipment in Drill area
• Run NC routing equipment both in manual and automatic mode
• Make necessary scale and step changes when required
• Experience in Fabrication, Planarization and Lamination and Drilling
• Use measuring devices (micrometers and dial calipers) and/or scopes to measure line width, spacing, cut-outs, routed features and overall product sizes

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years experience in Drilling and routing operations
• Understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints
• Working experience in the lamination operation
• Good written and oral communications skills

Pay

Salary range (annual): $43,680.00 – $49,608.00. Actual base pay within this range will be based on a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills.

This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
