Responsibilities
- Program and support the machining of flight and tooling components for aerospace structures, working from customer or internal engineering data using CAM software.
- Create NC machining programs to manufacture flight and tooling machined components.
- Maintain NC program revision status and archive computer files per company procedures.
- Generate associated tool lists and setup sheets for NC programs.
- Analyze data to determine product feasibility.
- Follow engineering data control procedures.
Requirements
- NC programming experience with a 5-axis focus
- Working knowledge of Mastercam and Vericut
- Skilled in ANSI Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Proficiency in at least one of SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or NX
- Associate through senior programmer levels considered
